Remote technical support
Troubleshoot one VoIP, network, or infrastructure issue and document findings.
Worldwide remote. 30-minute minimum, then 15-minute increments. Final quote states VAT treatment.

On-site technical support
Diagnose and resolve an in-scope VoIP, network, or infrastructure issue at the customer site.
Worldwide by arrangement. Two-hour minimum. Travel and local costs quoted before booking.

After-hours support
Work agreed outside the published normal-hours window.
1.5× labour. On-site R1,207.50 / hour. By appointment. Not an emergency response guarantee.

- Do you offer monthly managed support?
- No. There is no retainer, monitoring promise or SLA. You pay for agreed work, then you are done.
- Can work be done after hours?
- By appointment, at 1.5× labour: R1,035 an hour remote or R1,207.50 on-site. It is not an emergency response guarantee.
